The holiday property is located just 20 km from Florence, in the Chianti Classico sub-zone, which is a renowned center for the production of its wines, extra virgin olive oil, and agricultural products in general.
The exterior is pleasant as a frame to the property, the surrounding landscape and the interior is characterized by many typical furnishings of modern design which make this Villa unique in its kind in contact with nature, relaxed by the silence of this fantastic place.
The property has a private and exclusive driveway entrance to the rental villa, it opens onto a bright space ideal for total relaxation in contact with authentic nature.
At the center of the villa there is a large living room, a large kitchen with fireplace and barbecue well equipped with high quality trends.
Two large double bedrooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, a double bedroom with king-size bed with adjoining private bathroom and finally a cozy bedroom with 2 single beds complete the sleeping area.
On the living room floor there is also another shared bathroom with a bathtub.
Downstairs is a private billiard room and gym with treadmills, stationary bikes and weight bench, all exterior facing.
